Designs and implements automation solutions for SCADA systems based on customer requirements.
Configures and programming SCADA system to meet specific application requirements.
Identifies and troubleshoots systems issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
Documents all configurations and testing procedures in detail and provides regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Verifies Functional requirements against the code.
Ability to work on Rockwell platforms.
Proven knowledge and experience in automation validation, with hands-on expertise in Factory Talk View SE is preferred.
Works closely with other team members, including project managers, suppliers, electrical engineers, and technicians, to ensure successful project delivery.
Support the designing and implementation activities of automated systems for use in diverse manufacturing and production environments; specifically for a medical device industry.
Create detailed road maps to guide automation projects from conception to final implementation.
Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades.
Collaborative discussions between leadership and key stakeholders to determine automation capabilities and goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a relevant technical field.
3-5 years of direct related experience in Automation projects.
Experience with the design and implementation of automated systems, especially as related to manufacturing.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong ability with software testing and validation, scientific skills.
Superb communication and organizational skills, technical writing.
