The Quality Technician will assist in the execution and documentation of quality control activities, focusing on inspection processes, document review, and support for automated production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Review OQ/PQ reports related to refrigeration equipment (no execution required).
Support Cleaning Validation and Test Method Validation under engineering guidance.
Operate and monitor automated machinery during inspection and assembly processes.
Assist in the creation and revision of incoming inspection documentation.
Perform quality checks on assembly and inspection lines using established techniques.
Document inspection results and escalate non-conformances.
Maintain compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing (medical device preferred).
Familiarity with validation documentation and inspection protocols.
Ability to work with automated equipment and follow SOPs.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
