Description: 

Support the decommissioning process of facilities, utilities and fixed process equipment located in companies site. 

Functions: 

• Decommissioning Process
  • Inactive the equipment.
  • Complete the documentation forms and approvals. 
• Calibration (Latest / Last Calibration)
  • Obtain copy of the latest calibration activities performed to the equipment / utility and/or system and all associated instrumentation.
• HEPA Filter (Final Certification)
  • Obtain copy of the latest certification performed to the equipment / utility.
• Computerized System Withdrawal
  • To obtain an executed copy of the Equipment Computerized System checklist and completed for as applicable.
• Logbook Last Cleaning Entry
  • Obtain a copy of the operational logbook reflecting the last cleaning.
• Qualification Status Technical Assessment
  • Obtain copy of the approved “Equipment Qualified State Assessment” .
• EHS Evaluation
  • Obtain the Decommissioning EHS Evaluation. 
• Completed all the Decommissioning Documentation 
• Completed the Decommissioning List

Requirements:

• Experience working in the Decommissioning Process and Documentation in the regulated industry.
