We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on dimensional inspection techniques within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations using Geometric Dimensional & Tolerancing also lecture and interpretation of blueprints.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs on dimensional inspection methods, tools, and equipment.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and classroom instruction for employees at various skill levels.
Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Demonstrate the use of precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
Train employees on interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments, practical tests, and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to identify training needs and address skill gaps.
Stay updated on industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to dimensional inspection.
Maintain accurate training records and provide reports to management on training outcomes and effectiveness.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in quality control, dimensional inspection, Geometric Dimensional & Tolerancing or a related role within the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection techniques, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings.
Certification in quality management or inspection (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector) is a plus.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
