Quality Assurance Trainer (Hybrid)

Summary:
The Professional Quality Assurance Trainer will engage directly with trainees to facilitate their knowledge and skills development in the Quality Assurance Processes.  This involves tailoring instruction methods to suit different learning styles and objectives. The primary goal is to foster a competent and knowledgeable workforce that can contribute effectively to the business's objectives

Responsibilities: 
As a Trainer, the central role revolves around enhancing employee competencies and performance. The responsibilities include:
  • Design/Develop training courses using computer tools
  • Conduct training sessions: Virtual and in person
  • Assess the training's impact
  • Provide one-on-one mentorship.
  • Ensure that the workforce is skilled, confident and aligned with the company's policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor´s or Master’s degrees in science, engineering, business administration, education or Quality Management.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a trainer in quality assurance offering the following topics: Quality Management System, Compliance & Regulatory, Risk Management, Investigating, data gathering and reporting, Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), among others.
  • Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Preferred professional certifications: Certifications: Regulatory Standards, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or ASQ's Certified Quality, Training & Development

Work Methodology:
  • Part-time job
  • Professional services agreement
  • 4 hours 6-8 training sessions - Expected project duration: 2 months
