Description:
The Automatic Visual Inspection Specialist will be responsible for the operation, optimization, and maintenance of automatic visual inspection systems. This role requires a combination of quality assurance expertise and technical skills to ensure that our products meet rigorous industry standards. This position will report to process development/ commercial support division for new products (running lines, improvements and issues).
Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of parenteral products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Technical Roles:
- Operate and maintain automatic visual inspection equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of inspection systems.
- Implement software updates and calibrations for inspection equipment.
- Analyze inspection data and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry (Parenteral, Combo Products, Vials and/ or automated injectors).

Strong understanding of cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality assurance principles.

Technical proficiency with visual inspection equipment and software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Characterization, Commissioning & Qualification, maintenance, CI, and troubleshooting.
