Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the client’s representative by conducting daily inspections of the contractor’s work to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Client’s representative before Contractor.
• Provide daily presence on the field to inspect Contractor's work.
• Inspect, measure, quantify and confirm work is conducted.
• Register progress and inspection observations on daily report.
• Conduct/direct the weekly meeting.
• Update minute & distribute to participants & stakeholders.
• Receive and forward correspondence to all project stakeholders.
• Verify and certify materials extracted for invoicing to PRASA.
• Account for material extraction and movement for sale via trucks.
• Evaluate claims and provide independent feedback on each claim.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• EIT (Engineer in Training) License required.
